Changing Alternates to Contestants
IV. Changing Alternates to Contestants:
A. Select appropriate county and team. If changing from entering a different team, be sure to click the "Go There" button before entering any more information.
1. All previously entered alternates will appear in the "Alternates" drop-down list. Select the person you wish to move from alternate to contestant.
2. Go to the Select Action button at the bottom of the page. Click on "Add to team" and submit. The youth will be moved from the alternates list to the "On the team" drop-down list.
3. If the team already has four people, you will need to remove someone before you can add an alternate. You can only have four people on the team at any time.
