First Time Contest Registration
I. Entering a person for the first time:
1. Click on the Contest Registration box at the left.
2. Enter username and password.
3. Select the county for which you are entering teams. Select the team for which you will be entering names. Click "Go There".
A. All contests may have up to two teams per division per county.
4. On the next page, ALL fields must be completed except Contact Person 2.
A. Contact person 1: This is the Extension Staff member which will be able to answer any questions regarding registration for the team.
B. Contact person 2: This is the coach of the team or accompanying adult. This field does not have to be completed to submit a registration, but it is helpful to know who will be accompanying the youth.
C. Contestant information: This is self-explanatory. All information must be completed.
D. Contestant or Alternate or Captain: This information must be entered. Only pre-registered alternates will be allowed to substitute on contest day. No new names will be added and allowed to compete for awards on contest day. Alternates can be switched between team numbers within the same contest. (For example if Dawson county enters two senior livestock teams with two alternates each, those four alternates can be used on either of the two teams.) The Captain designation applies only to Quiz Bowl Teams. Please designate a captain for each quiz bowl team.
E. Select Action:
1. For a newly entered contestant, select "Add to team"
F. Click on "Submit".
